Our story
Female Leadership is founded and owned by Charlotte Søndergaard in Copenhagen 2019
We are a certified coaches, helping our clients from around the world become successful leaders. We operate from Copenhagen, Denmark and offer online coaching and facilitate 'Becoming an Authentic Leader' masterclasses cross Nordic. We work we some of the leading organizations e.g. Deloitte & Novo Nordisk.
We are among the most experienced strengths coaches in the Nordic. We have a deep insight theoretically and practical in DEEI and are specialized in female leadership. Our client’s development and achievements are our passion, and we love to witness their development and successes. Our services are specialized to help female leaders owning their career, achieving their aspirations and thriving professionally and privately.
We don't believe in 'fixing' women. However, we do believe in helping them navigate in structures that make it more difficult for women to succeed as leaders, achieve their aspirations, and senior leadership positions.
We collaborate with both individuals and organizations and are more than happy to facilitate our programs 'Becoming an Authentic Leader', 'Power of Intention' and individual coaching sessions for you or your organization.

Owner ad founder of Female Leadership
Charlotte Søndergaard has a solid DEEI toolbox from working as the first Diversity Lead within an organization in Denmark, and is an experienced coach, consultant, and keynote speaker cross Nordic. DEEI and especially how we can help women feel empowered and aim for leadership positions, succeed as leaders, and how organizations can achieve more women in leadership positions is her passion.
